Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

All products are made to order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at returns@humanperiod.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and where eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.  Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or incorrect shipping addresses, unless required by applicable law.
