Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates.

All products are made to order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at returns@humanperiod.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and where eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.  Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
